1. WHAT IS A DANCE SUMMER INTENSIVE? A Dance Summer Intensive is an immersive dance training program that typically takes place during the summer months. It offers intensive instruction in various dance styles, including ballet, modern, jazz, contemporary & hip-hop. It's designed for young dancers who want to enhance their skills, learn new techniques, and grow as performers.

2. WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND THE INTENSIVE? Our Dance Summer Intensive is open to kids and young adults, generally ranging from ages 8 upwards. We offer different levels and classes to accommodate various skill levels, please check the specific program details for age and skill level requirements.

3. HOW LONG DOES THE INTENSIVE LAST? The duration of our program runs for 2 weeks.

4. WHAT STYLES OF DANCE ARE TAUGHT DURING THE INTENSIVE? Our intensive covers a wide range of dance styles, including ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip-hop & modern. Dancers who partake take all styles as to assist in their evolution in becoming a well rounded artist.

5. WHO ARE THE INSTRUCTORS? Our instructors are experienced and highly qualified dance professionals. They have extensive backgrounds in dance education and performance. Rest assured, your child will receive top-notch training and guidance from our dedicated faculty from New York City.

6. IS THERE AN AUDITION PROCESS? Our online application process assists us in deciding how to place dancers in appropriate levels to ensure they get the most out of their experience. Please review the program details for audition requirements on our APPLICATION PAGE.

7. WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR AND BRING TO THE PROGRAM? Dancers should bring appropriate dance attire, such as leotards, tights, ballet & hiphop shoes, and comfortable clothing for warm-up sessions. They should also bring a water bottle, healthy snacks, and any required dance accessories.

8. IS THERE FINANCIAL AID OR SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE? We understand that dance education can be expensive, and we strive to make it accessible to all. We may offer scholarships or financial aid opportunities, please reach out to us personally to discuss this.

9. WHAT IS THE DAILY SCHEDULE LIKE? The daily schedule will run from 8am - 4pm every day of the intensive. Daily dancers will partake in a combination of technique classes, conditioning, and choreography rehearsals. A detailed schedule is provided on our application page.

10. IS THERE A PERFORMANCE AT THE END OF THE PROGRAM? We are incredibly excited for the Intensives closing night performance where participants can demonstrate what they've learned during their time with us. Details about performances will be provided closer to the end of the program.
